Using US Car Planet

US Car Planet provides marketplace tools for browsing vehicles, submitting enquiries, publishing listings, managing dealership profiles, and reading automotive research. By using the site, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful vehicle marketplace activity.

Listings and Seller Content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, prices, photos, videos, vehicle history, contact information, and availability. We may remove, reject, or hold content for review if it appears inaccurate, misleading, abusive, duplicated, unsafe, or inconsistent with marketplace quality standards.

Dealership Accounts

Dealership owners and authorized staff must only manage dealerships, stores, listings, staff, and enquiries they are permitted to access. Staff invitations and role changes should be made with the consent of the person being added.

Payments and Publishing

Paid listing and dealership services are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Payment does not guarantee a sale, buyer response, search position, or approval of content that violates platform rules.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers should independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, title status, mileage, accident history, pricing, financing terms, and seller identity before making any purchase decision. US Car Planet is not a party to private sale agreements unless explicitly stated in writing.

Research Articles and Reviews

Research, reviews, test drives, repair content, and news may be submitted by users, dealerships, or contributors. Approved content is informational and should not be treated as mechanical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Availability and Changes

We may update features, moderate content, suspend accounts, or change these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
